Xero Backup

All your Xero accounting data and files (e.g. attached pdf receipts/invoices) will be backed up each night to a cloud system completely independent of Xero so that it is available to restore to Xero (along with any files) or downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet (data only).

This protects you from the loss of vital data should you or another user of your Xero instance accidentally lose or corrupt your data or if the there is an outage on the Xero platform.
